Solar mounting packages and prices

Fixed prices for the work mounting manufacturers ask us for most: installation films for each roof type, renders of every hook, clamp and rail, a monthly stream of posts, wind and snow load checks to EN 1991 and ASCE 7, and a planner that turns a roof into a priced parts list. Every package starts with a free review of your CAD and ends in a fixed quote.

Prices exclude VAT and sales tax.
What the packages cover

Every mounting system, from the hook to the module

Four years with solar mounting manufacturers, more than 150 installation videos and 1,000 product renders across every system type. The packages are sized for the systems below; a system that needs more or less gets a fixed quote instead.

  • Pitched roof. Tile hooks, hanger bolts, trapezoidal and standing-seam clamps, rails, splices, mid and end clamps.

  • Flat roof. Ballasted south and east-west systems, tilt frames, wind deflectors, membrane-friendly feet.

  • Ground mount. Driven piles, ground screws and concrete footings, single and double post tables.

  • Carports and facades. Steel and aluminium structures, integrated cable routing, facade rails.

  • Accessories. Earthing clips, cable clips, end caps, module optimiser brackets, snow guards.

  • Materials and standards. Aluminium 6005 and 6063, stainless and galvanised steel; EN 1991, EN 1999, ASCE 7 and your market's wind and snow zones.

Wind and snow load checks

Loads checked before the test rig

Finite element checks of your clamps, hooks, rails and complete systems under the wind and snow loads of your markets, to EN 1991-1-4 and 1991-1-3 or ASCE 7. Each report shows peak stress, deflection and safety factor, with the weak point marked and a recommended fix. Simulation prepares you for testing and certification; it does not replace them. How a simulation project runs.

Component check

€850$950per component

One clamp, hook, hanger bolt or bracket under the loads you specify.

  • Static FEA of one component with its screws and the rail or roof it fixes to
  • Up to three load cases: uplift, down force and sliding
  • Report with stress, deflection and safety factor against the alloy's yield
  • Weak point marked and a recommended fix
  • One review call to go through the results

How it works

From package to fixed quote

  1. Pick a package and send your CAD

STEP or native CAD of the system, a drawing with the key dimensions and a few photos, through the contact form. We sign NDAs on request. Not sure what to send? Read what files to send.

  2. Free review and fixed quote

We check the files within one business day and confirm the package price, or say what would change it, before any work starts.

  3. Work, review, deliver

You see the work at agreed points, give feedback in the included revision rounds, and receive the final files.

Questions

Common questions about the packages

Our system is not like the examples. Which package applies?

Send the CAD anyway. Most mounting systems fit a package; when one does not, we quote a fixed price for exactly what it needs and tell you why it differs.

Can we combine packages?

Yes, and it pays to. The films, renders and load checks are built from the same 3D models of your parts, so combining them saves modelling time, and the quote reflects that.

Do you work by the hour?

No. Every project has a fixed price and a timeline, so you know the cost before work starts. Retainers are a fixed monthly fee.

Do the load checks replace testing or certification?

No. They tell you where a design will fail before you build the prototype, and the reports are prepared so your test lab or certifier can work from them. The physical tests still happen.

How do you invoice international clients?

Invoices come from Sheriscape LLC in EUR or USD, whichever you prefer, payable by bank transfer or card. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax.

Can you sign an NDA first?

Yes. We sign NDAs on request. Ask for one in your message and send the files once it is signed.

What files do you need?

Native CAD or STEP of the assembly, a drawing with the key dimensions and a few photos cover most projects. The full list is in this guide.

Next step

Not sure which package fits your system?

Send your CAD or a few lines about the project. We reply within one business day with a fixed quote.
