Engineering simulation services: FEA, CFD and thermal
We test your design on the computer before you cut metal. You get a clear answer on whether it holds, where it is weakest and how to fix it, in a report your team can act on.

Structural, wind, flow and thermal analysis
Structural FEA
Stress, deflection and safety factors for parts and assemblies, so you know the margin before the first prototype.
Wind and snow load
Load cases for structures exposed to weather, such as solar mounting systems and frames.
CFD and flow
Air and fluid flow, pressure and cooling, for enclosures, ducts and wind pressure on structures.
Thermal
Heat transfer and temperature distribution in parts, assemblies and enclosures.
What you receive
A clear report: the method, assumptions, load cases, result plots, and a pass or fail against the criteria you set.
Design recommendations: where to add material, where to remove it, and what to change if a part fails.
Model files, so your team or a third party can check the work.
Results you can show customers: we turn the plots into clean visuals and short animations for spec sheets and sales presentations.
How a simulation project runs
Share the model and requirements
CAD plus the loads, materials and standards that apply.
Agree the load cases
We confirm what will be tested and what counts as a pass before we start.
Model, solve and check
Meshing, boundary conditions, solving, and a sanity check against hand calculations.
Report and iterate
You get the report, and we can test a revised design if needed.
Common questions
Do you certify designs?
Our reports support your engineering decisions. Where your market requires formal certification, a licensed engineer or a test lab signs off, and our report gives them a head start.
Which standards do you work to?
Tell us which code your product has to meet, and we confirm before we start whether we can work to it.
How long does an analysis take?
It depends on the part and the load cases. You get a timeline with the fixed quote, before any work starts.
Which software do you use?
We model in SolidWorks, run the analysis in ANSYS and check key results by hand.
Can you fix the design as well as test it?
Yes. We design too, so we can change the model and re-run the analysis in the same project.
Send your model and the loads it must carry.
We reply within one business day with questions or a fixed quote.
