This policy explains what personal information Sheriscape LLC collects through sheriscape.com and when you contact us, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Sheriscape LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@sheriscape.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, work email, company, what you need and your message, whether through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, together with any files or file links you share.
- Technical data: our website host, Wix, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to keep the site secure and working. It also gives us statistics about visits, such as the pages viewed and the type of device used.
- Cookies and browser storage: Wix sets a few essential cookies that keep the site secure and working, and analytics cookies that count visits for the statistics above. The contact form keeps a visitor session in your browser so it can send your message. This website does not use advertising cookies. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play, and YouTube's privacy policy applies from then on.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your files and designs
We treat the files, designs and project materials you send as confidential. We use them only to assess, quote and carry out your project, never for unrelated purposes, and we don't disclose them to anyone except as this policy describes, as you authorise, or as the law requires.
We sign NDAs on request. If you need one, tell us before you send any files, and we sign it first.
Who we share it with
A few service providers help us run the business. They handle data only on our behalf, under their own data protection terms: website hosting (Wix), email (our official address, hello@sheriscape.com), invoicing and payments (Stripe), and any file transfer service you choose to use.
Beyond these, we always ask you before we share your information or files with anyone, for example a specialist who joins your project. The only exception is a request we are required by law to meet.
International transfers
Our company is registered in the US. If you contact us from the EU or UK, your information is transferred outside those regions, and the protections in this policy apply wherever it is handled. Where our service providers move personal data out of the EU or UK, they use safeguards recognised under data protection law, such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information on a project basis: only as long as reasonably necessary to handle enquiries, deliver our services, meet our contractual commitments and comply with the law.
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: if an enquiry does not become a project, we may delete the files, designs and related materials you sent once they are no longer needed for the enquiry or quote.
- Ongoing projects: while a project is active, we keep the files, documents, designs and other information reasonably needed to do the agreed work.
- When a project ends: when a project is completed or our engagement ends, we follow the file retention and deletion arrangements agreed with you. Where we have agreed to delete project files, we delete them from our active working systems within the agreed time.
- Business and legal records: we may keep contracts, invoices, payment records and other business documents for as long as legal, tax, accounting or regulatory rules require.
- Backups and service providers: copies of files may remain for a time in routine backups or in systems run by our service providers. These copies are handled under the applicable retention procedures and legal requirements.
- Server logs: kept by our host, Wix, under its own retention rules.
If you have specific deletion requirements, we can agree them in writing before or during the project.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email hello@sheriscape.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
