25+ installation videos and 70+ product renders for Solrmount

The challenge

Solrmount sells many mounting systems: for tile, slate, metal and flat roofs, and for the ground. Each one goes together differently, and installers in the field run into the same problems again and again:

• Paper manuals that are hard to follow on a roof or out in a field.
• Parts that look alike and get mixed up.
• Steps done in the wrong order, so work has to be taken apart and done again.
• Spacing, positions and torque guessed instead of checked.
• Calls to the office when something doesn't fit, and return visits to put it right.

Solrmount needed a clear, step-by-step video for each system, showing every part and every step in the right order, and clean product images for the website, the catalogue and the sales team.

What we built

We have produced more than 25 installation videos and 70 product renders from Solrmount's own CAD. Each video walks through one system step by step, in the order an installer works on site. The renders show every component on a clean background for the catalogue and website. Because we work from the engineering model, every clamp, bolt and spacing is correct.

Result

Every video was delivered above 2K resolution, more than the HD we had agreed, and every render in both 4K and 8K, at our normal prices. Solrmount is happy with the result:
